January. At the university I am taking courses of Finnish and Spanish. I am also looking for work and contacts in Finland.
2007
October. I left most of the courses - I do not want to study a programme in the Russian language and culture, because it will not help me to find a job in Finland. Now I am concentrating on studying Finnish and also taking a course of Swedish.
27 August. The studies at the university began.
17 to 26 August. I visited my family in Russia after 4.5 years of living abroad.
02 August. I arrived to Tampere and settled at the new address.
31 July. I left Canada and flew to Finland via Italy. On 1 August I did a sightseeing of Rome.
18 June. I formally notified the company of my departure.
22 May. I am admitted to the University of Tampere in Finland!!!
08 May. I received a Canadian passport.
22 April. During one week (16 to 22 April) I was on holiday.
03 April. On this day, after more than four years of living in Quebec, I became a Canadian citizen. Now I have a dual citizenship - Canadian and Russian.
29 January. I attended a presentation of Mexican cinema in Spanish. I joined Cercle Cervantès-Camoens and from now every Monday (until April) I will attend its Spanish-language conferences at Université Laval.
18 January. I successfully passed the test for Canadian citizenship. The test is quite easy, if you study well the preparation booklet.
July. Now there is a Swedish-language version of my biography. My CV in Swedish has been updated.
June. I updated my previous employment.
May. I added my CV in Finnish and the professional page is Swedish.
March. I copied and posted on my site the article Criticism of Vladimir Putin (in Russian), which was recently deleted from Widipedia and I also updated the page about Putin. My professional page is now available also in Finnish.
February. I updated my biography with the years 2006-07 and added the following pages: Centre Louis-Jolliet, Films banned in Russia, Les Russes, sont-ils devenus libres? (2003). I also added the section containing my old freelance site (2005).
January. I updated the professional and personal pages.

December. I updated my CVs, the professional page, the news and the start page.
June. I added the page Finland and a French text about my trip to Finland in 2005.
April. A Spanish version of the site has been added.
